So, i have been in Rexburg for almost a month now, and so far fall semester has been way fun! Before the semester started, I got involved in New Student Orientation and was an I-Team leader. As an I-team leader we had a 2-day leadership training conference/retreat at a lodge in Driggs which was so fun! During the actual orientation we had our own group of freshman who we were basically like an EFY counselor to. We did campus tours, BBQ's, freshman dances, classes, service projects, and other various activities to get them acquainted with BYUI. It was an awesome experience doing this, and seriously so much fun!!
Now that schools been in for a few weeks, my focus has been on schoolwork and studying. But don't worry, I definatly still make time for fun! My motto during these college years of mine is to "Work hard. Play Harder." That is what its all about. I'm rooming with my cousin, Alli, which has been really fun! These past few weeks I've been having fun by going to a couple bonfires, the sand dunes, dance parties, participating in a sword fight-dont ask, our ward water balloon fight, flag football and baseball games, countrydancing, and other random things going on up here in
good old Rexburg! Its a pretty happening place!
