Another one added to the list of creepsters.

So tonight this guy asked me to be his dating partner. I've heard of fling, girlfriend, crush, friend, but never the term "dating partner" before. To make matters even more shady, I have never even gone out with this guy before. So here's the story. This past weekend I was leaving a dance party and as I was getting into my car I may have yelled something along the lines of "you're hot" to a couple guys I knew walking by (me yelling phrases like this is nothing new for those who know me well. Ha) Anyways, so I guess this guy, who we'll call Billy, thought I was talking to him. He came up to me, started chatting, got my number and ya..i kinda got a weird-ish vibe from him right off the bat. Sketch. So, saturday comes around, and I get a phone call from an unknown number which ends up being Billy.  We chatted for maybe ten minutes on the phone and he asked me out but I already had plans. So, fast forward to tonight. He calls me and immediately starts telling me how he's sick of all the dating games. Then he goes off telling me me for like five minutes straight how he thinks we have a good connection and flat out asked if I would be his dating partner. I was kinda confused with the whole "dating partner" thing, so I asked him what that meant. He said it meant going to dinners, parties, long walks, and being consistent and that it was something he wanted long term. Wait, like his GF? Umm okay, I had spent no more than 2 minutes with him, and maybe talked to him for a total of 15 minutes tops on the phone. I decided it was best for me to decline his offer......which leaves me to be officially "dating partner-less". Hm.
