So I won't be homeless when I move to NY! Ha! I got a call today saying I got the spot in the apt I like--I still need to sign the contract though! I'll be living with 2 other LDS girls and it's a 2 bedroom, furnished 5th-floor walk up (yikes-better get in shape!). It's on the upper west side of Manhattan...about 10 minutes away from my work and a 5 minute walk to Central Park! Here are a couple pics that the owner sent to me..I'm excited!

It looks so "You've Got Mail"-ish doesn't it? So happy things are working out for you. Hopefully the protests about prop 8 will die down before you move back there. There is another nation-wide protest scheduled for tomorrow. But...nonetheless you will have an incredible experience I'm sure..

It really does look an apt out of a movie...but I suppose that will be your reality soon enough!! So fun, glad you got the place you wanted!
Paul and I walked in upper manhattan a lot one day and turned down this street and I said - This is where they must have filmed You've Got Mail. It was the most beautiful street and I told Paul that if I ever lived in NYC I would want to live in one of those places........of course I would need all of the stories.........or I did tell him he could buy me the penthouse at the top of any building. That would do as well.........loves.........so happy for you girl!
