So the past couple days have been full of fun. Yesterday was my first day at work. Sadly, the guy who is my supervisor had a heart attack on Tuesday and is now in the hospital. Because of this, I only had to stay in the office for just over a couple hours. This allowed me to spend the rest of the afternoon walking around and seeing some of these places:
Empire State Building--SO tall.
NYC Public Library
Radio City Hall
The famous Christmas tree at the Rockefeller Center
Columbus Circle by Central Park
Last night a friend from BYUI took me out to see the Chrysler
building (above) then to a comedy club he knew about on 42nd street!
Today was my second day of work. I went in this morning and while I was on my lunch break a friend called and told me he got 2 tickets for the Late Night show with David Letterman...and luckily, the people I work with were totally fine about me taking off the rest of the day to go to the taping of it. Unfortunately, you aren't allowed to take pics in the studio....but it was really interesting to see how it all worked out. And, Kate Winslet was one of the guests. We had about an hour before we had to line up for the show so we went and visited the M&M store, got hot chocolate and had a famous NY black and white cookie (my fave!) Such a fun afternoon! Tonight my roommate and her boyfriend hosted a dinner party for a bunch of people from my ward and downtown. Good food and fun people for sure!

That is so awesome that you are getting to see such amazing places and that you were able to see David Letterman....so fun!
fun stuff.. i'm basically jealous of your life right now.. you are in NY, have boys left and right, dinner parties, and always doing fun things! maybe i should drop school and move out there with you. how does that sound?
I didn't know you went to the Chrysler building and to a comedy club.....details please. Sounds like fun!
