Spring in the NYC

Since I haven't been working this week I've been enjoying plenty of nice long walks. The city is so pretty now that spring has sprung. Tulips and all kinds of flowers are everywhere! I've loved going to Riverside and Central Park!

On Thursday morning my friends Sarah, Vanessa and I went on our own little You've Got Mail tour. The movie is filmed all over the upper west side. AKA, our neighborhood. So we walked and walked and went to all the spots where Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks once were. We even enjoyed our own H&H bagel and Gray's Papaya hot dog (both on the show). It was fun.

Last night my friends and I went back to Greenhouse. [www.greenhouseusa.com] Third time going, not a charm. There were 6 of us girls who went...and to make a long story short--only me, Carolyn and Heather got in. Mehhhr to the strict security/doormen people. But, despite that...it still ended up being a fun night!

So, my time in Manhattan is coming to an end. Seriously, I can't believe how fast it has gone by. It has been great here. I've loved every day of it. It has always been a dream of mine to be a part of the city and I am very grateful for the opportunity I've had. I am sad to be leaving, but am okay with it at the same time. Bittersweet.

Well, my mom is coming out in the morning to "help me move". Ha. We have tickets to see South Pacific tomorrow night. Yay. Then on Monday we're headed upstate to Palmyra for a couple days. I'm excited.

And then to the west I go!

Haha, you know I was the ring leader of staying that night... :) Luckily nobody is mad, thank goodness.

And, WE'RE GONNA MISS YOU! Come back to the city, asap...
