For those of you have been to my house, you know that

the living room was in desperate need of some TLC. Seriously. 

There used to be a nasty, massive rug and worn out couch covers. 

The room was dark, blah and so not inviting. 

Well today, Meredith and I decided to do something about it.

(hope our roommates don't care--they haven't been home all day! ha) 

After spending less than $200 at Ikea and Walmart and

cleaning a little bit....wa-lahh!.....our new living room. 

Now I won't be embarrassed when people come over :)
