I sure have been loving this spring weather. It was sooo nice out this past Saturday. Nice enough to play a couple hours of tennis before hurrying home to get ready for a date. We went to Capos--one of Salt Lake's best gelaterias. I had high expectations going into it and it did not disappoint. Why is gelato so delish?! We sampled several flavors before choosing our favorites and sat outside enjoying the downtown vibe while eating spoonful after spoonful. Good weekend for sure.
