Friday night I went to a photography exhibit and dance performance at this cool loft studio/theater place in downtown Manhattan. Way cool. Afterwards, I headed to a friends apt which is on Wall St and hit up a dance partayyyy.
Just some random pics we took while waiting for subways today.....at the big subway stations there are always performers trying to earn some extra change. And as you can see below, subway stops aren't always the cleanest places...
Today I went down to Union Square and shopped around for a bit with a friend. We went into Trader Joes to pick up some groceries--it was so busy we had to wait in a line to even enter the store. I can't get over how many people are here and always out and about--I love it though! Later on, I went with him and his roommate to the most delicious place for dinner--Shake Shack. REALLY good burgers.

sounds like a good weekend.. i'm pretty sure that Lindsay Otteson told us about the shake shack last year when we were there! we'll have to try it! :)
